How to apply

1/ Contact our international office (international.polytech @ univ-angers.fr) to prepare your mobility project (with your CV and transcripts of records).
2/ Get the nomination from your home University.
3/ Apply for a mobility at the University of Angers. Deadlines.

- Spring semester (Jan-June) : October 1st
4/ Prepare your arrival: Welcome to UA
Important information
ECTS - All academic results are fully recognized by both institutions (home and host universities). An agreed number of credits is established before arrival (Learning Agreement), and on completion, the results are sent to the student's home university via a system of credit transfer. A semester in Erasmus countries is worth 30 ECTS, for other countries, please refer to your home university.
Duration - The exchange period can be 1 or 2 semesters.
Tuition fees - As an exchange student under a specific agreement, you only pay tuition fees at your home university.
Regulations - Exchange students are required to respect the same rules as all Polytech Angers students. They must attend all their courses and complete all exams they are enrolled in to earn the ECTS associated with the course.

Fall 2025 / Nominations (March 1st - April 30th) / Application (March 15th - May 15th)
> Bachelors: September 2nd - December 19th
> Master 1: September 2nd - January 9th
> Master 2: September 2nd - February 20th
Spring 2026 / Nominations (October 1st - 30th) / Application (October 1st - 30th)
> Bachelors: January 5th - March 27th (courses) / End of june (project)
> Masters: January 12th - April 30th (courses) / End of june (project)
